Prepare Your Files

1) Please do visit this Guidelines for Presenters, to prepare your presentation files in advance.  Kindly be aware that this will be an in-person PIERS without virtual talks.

2) Please make sure your filename should include the submission paper key, session ID, Time and your full name. Please follow this order of SessionID_time_paperKey_FullName.pptx. For example: 1A1_0830_210511125918_FullName.pptx, and etc..

3) The format should be *.pptx, *,ppt or *.pdf for onsite oral presentation file.

4) Since November 1, Presentation Files will be collected by Chiba PIERS local team via the following Dropbox link. If you have problem with Dropbox, please directly upload the files at onsite PC center.

*** If any changes are made after the initial upload, the updated file must be submitted to this link again no later than 12 hours before the scheduled talk.***

Please Wait 1 - 2 Days to Check Status

5) Each uploaded file will be manually checked. Once it is checked, you can view a "confirmed" status in PIERS Author Center and also in the Online Program - paper list. Please wait 24 hours to check this confirmed status especially during the uploading peak. 

For PIERS 2025 in Chiba, Presenters can check their slides either in their presentation room during the session break on 11.5-9 or at the on-site PC Center on the first floor (except on November 6). However, please note that it is not required for all presenters to come to the PC Center, as the uploaded files will be manually checked before we send the confirmation email.

***Attention Please***

1) The 3-minute short presentation file for Best Student Presentation Award should be submitted to PIERS OFFICE by October 20, 2025.
2) All Oral Presenters must load presentation files at least 12 hours before the scheduled talk. If any changes are made after the initial upload, the updated file must be submitted to the upload link by Secretariat for PIERS 2025 Chiba no later than 12 hours before the scheduled talk. If you encounter any issues with the upload process, please directly contact the on-site PC Center located near the registration desk. Presenters are not allowed to detach the session computer and attach their own notebook/laptop to the LCD projector in session rooms.
