Session Information

In this session, we invite scientific papers that focus on the use of radio remote sensing techniques to monitor, predict, and mitigate different types of natural disasters. We particularly welcome studies that enhance the physical interpretation and application of radio remote sensing data through advanced signal processing including machine learning and data-driven methodologies. Both observational and theoretical results are welcome.
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
  • Space weather and solar-terrestrial environment
  • Atmospheric electricity (lightning and related electromagnetic phenomena, atmospheric electric field)
  • Electromagnetic phenomena with earthquakes (geosphere/atmosphere/ionosphere/magnetosphere)
  • Climate change, hazardous weather (gust wind, torrential rain, tropical cyclones etc.), and thunderstorm activity
  • Lightning damage and protection

Submitted Articles

Note: The following submitted articles are not guaranteed to be scheduled in the final program at this stage. The final presentation type and arranged session will be decided by Technical Program Committee.
