Session Information

Integrated optoelectronic devices such as lasers, modulators, detectors, and the related apparatus are widely used in communication, signal processing, sensing, imaging, and national defense etc. This session is focused on the recent advances of semiconductor optoelectronic devices, ranging from fundamental developments in new materials, novel physics, unique approaches, operating properties, to the advanced systems leading to promising applications in datacenter interconnects, 5G/6G communications, optical computations etc.
