Laser and Ion Beam Fabrication of Quantum Technologies

Session Information

Femtosecond laser and ion implantation technologies can used to form quantum emitters and interconnects in material platforms such as silicon, diamond, gallium nitride, silicon carbide and hexagonal boron nitride. In this session, novel work will be presented on how laser writing and ion implantation can be exploited, even in tandem, to fabricate quantum technologies for quantum sensing, information and networking.
